As an ArcGIS Server administrator or publisher, you can register data sources for ArcGIS Server web services.
Note:
Beginning with 11.2, workgroup licenses are no longer available. You can register existing workgroup geodatabases with older ArcGIS Server workgroup sites, or you can migrate your workgroup geodatabases to enterprise geodatabases and register them with an ArcGIS Server enterprise site.
